User responsibilities
Users apply inventory and discovery lessons only in owned or approved environments and keep account access private.
No guaranteed outcome
The service supports learning and practice, but it does not guarantee exam results, employment, salary changes, or employer approval.
Intellectual property
Summaries, cards, labs, prompts, and guides remain our intellectual property. Paid users may use materials for personal or internal study.
Payment and access
Access length, team size, support terms, and pricing are confirmed in writing or through the account process.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service, except where law does not allow limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
